THE JESTER (Also nice without gin)

Add 50ml of IKON No.13, sliced strawberrys, basil and top up with Tonic. Serve in a winecoupe. This is the Spanish style to serve gin and tonic. Garnish with strawberries and basil. Press the basil with your fingers to get out all the flavours from it. 


Start up by filling the glass with ice. Let the ice make he glass really cold. After 5 minutes, take away the ice.
Then add 50 ml of IKON No.13, 10 ml of Italicus, stir it in a Nick & Nora or regular Martiniglas. A few dashes of premium olive oil on top.


This is a very fresh gin drink with IKON No.13 as base.

Add 5 cl IKON No.13Gin, 2cl freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1cl simple syrup, 3cl pinapple juice
into a mixer. Shake hard with ice, double strain in a highball glass. 
Fill up with ice and top up with soda water. 
Garnish with 5-8 pink pepper corns.
