The launch of In Flames Signature Craft Gin No.13: Grapefruit & Rhubarb sees In Flames introducing their fourth gin.

Furthering their innovative approach towards the Swedish craft gin scene, this release, flavoured with grapefruit and rhubarb, comes courtesy of bass player Bryce Paul.

With each band member creating and signing off on their own craft gin flavouring, In Flames have reinvented and pushed the boundaries of what one can do with Swedish gin, and at the same time defined it with it’s own expression. Combining unique flavours such as pink pepper and lime, elderberry and cucumber, or bergamot and green tea has got everyone from connoisseurs to fans and bartenders singing their praises.

When the spotlight is turned to the band’s American bass player, Bryce Paul, he’s chosen to work with grapefruit and rhubarb. Giving his thoughts on the gin flavours, Bryce Paul explains: “To me, a grapefruit isn’t simply just a mutant orange… it’s a tastefully complex fruit with a beautiful dissonance that accentuates and compliments other flavours when properly combined together - and with this gin we have done just that.”

Sari H Wilholm at Brands For Fans says: “We’re the best company in the world when it comes to drinks and brands. To quote the late Hans Rosling, “There’s nothing to discuss. We’re right and you’re wrong.”

About In Flames Signature Craft Gin No.13:
Grapefruit & Rhubarb Apart from the classic gin character stemming from juniper, cilantro, lemon peel, cinnamon, cardamom and elderflower, this edition also has a twist of grapefruit and rhubarb. The grapefruit has gently contributed its aromas aided by the warm rays of this summer’s sunlight, upon which it was added to the distilled gin. The aroma is slightly floral. The bitterness of the grapefruit and the bass notes of the juniper are complemented with the fruitiness of the rhubarb.
